Collocation and Fully Managed Services
Frontline
Technologies provides managed and collocated server hosting in a
highly secure facility backed up by Frontline’s own technical
administration and monitoring. Frontline’s data center is secured
by a multi-tiered security system featuring closed-circuit cameras,
biometric access controls, and round-the-clock monitoring by an
outside security company.
Server Collocation
Clients
can obtain hosting space for their servers, telecom equipment or
data within our data center, which utilize redundant power
generation, internet connections, and local UPS systems on each rack
to ensure maximum uptime for these critical assets. In doing so,
clients can host their servers and other equipment within our
collocation space, obtaining the security and reliability of a fully
redundant data center all the while retaining complete control of
their servers, including all hardware and software. Collocated
servers are hosted in a discrete space within our data center
headquarters where they can be accessed by authorized personnel only
through a separate entrance.
Fully Managed Services
Fully
managed service provides hosting clients with the highest possible
level of service and support for their servers and data. By hosting
servers with Frontline Technologies, clients are able to leave the
day-to-day administration, maintenance and upgrading of their server
hardware and software to Frontline’s trained and dedicated
professionals.
Frontline
Technologies team will monitors server status and connectivity in
real-time within our Network Operations Center and will respond
rapidly to resolve any problems to prevent possible downtime.
Frontline Technologies also couples Managed Services with its
on-site and remote IT services; this helps clients achieve a
worry-free IT environment at every level of operation.
Data Storage
Collocated and managed servers have the option to access Frontline
Technologies mass data storage infrastructure, allowing for
virtually unlimited storage of data assets in a highly secure and
fully redundant environment. Frontline utilizes a custom-designed
RAID 100 SAN system to deliver extremely secure, reliable, and
integral data storage.
All data is
replicated up in real-time to storage units in two cities, and
further backed up on tape drives for long-term offsite storage. This
ensures that your data will always remain secure and accessible in
the event of a disaster or other unforeseen situations. |
